10 REASONS WHY FMCG CAN'T BE SUCCESSFUL IN NETWORK MARKETING
Product Availability - One of the very first Reason itself says by word "FMCG" fast moving consumer good, Product availability must be locally. If not available locally then customer is not coming again.
Product Range - As we Know that fmcg product is very vast, Product Range must be wide.If a customer want Good night, he will not going to take any other, or the very first product he ask & not get than he will never come.
Product as per Order - If Products are not available as per order than success will far away, because any company itself can't decide without any support of local franchiser which product is going to sell at which place.
Income Levels - Due to low Margin on daily need products, division of income level is very low.
Need Strong Management support by Company - Strong support is required to success franchiser in every aspect. i.e. supply chain Management, Marketing Strategy at franchise level.
Product Return Policy - Product should be returned in case of expiry condition or not in the order list.
Strong Background financially as a Company - Company should be financially sound to experiment different strategy to get success.
Planning - Expertise Practices should be done in Planning based on Knowledge.
